Delivery Conditions

Article - 1
Product shipment and delivery is made by credit card payment or bank transfer. Open account does not work. Product shipment is not made without payment.

Orders placed until 18.00 on weekdays are on the same day, and orders placed after 18.00 are sent by cargo the next day. Orders placed until 14.00 on the weekend will be shipped on the same day according to stock status, and orders placed after 14.00 will be shipped on Monday.

Article - 3
Product delivery is made from Snexus Networks warehouse. Long distance deliveries are made with the contracted cargo company. No products are sent by bus or other means. The contracted shipping company is used for defective products and other transactions. For cargo shipments, shipping and insurance costs belong to the buyer. Losses and damages that may occur in the cargo are handled within this scope.

Article - 4
In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

Article - 5
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the cargo companies we have contracted with (MNG KARGO) guarantee.

Article - 6

ww.snexus.com.tr is also an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, it is possible for the consumer to buy the same product and the product is out of stocks.

If the product you paid for over the internet is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be returned to him.
