Warranty conditions
1. The warranty period is 2 years.
2. If the product breaks down due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, it is repaired free of charge, if repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a new one.
3. Maximum repair period starts from the date of shipment of the defective product to our technical services and is 10 working days.
4. Repair of the product will be done by Snexus Networks technical service.
5. Within one year from the delivery date within the warranty period, if the same malfunction occurs more than four times or different malfunctions occur more than six, in case of failure to benefit from the product and exceeding the repair period and in cases where the malfunction is determined to be repaired by Snexus Networks technical service, the consumer goods will be replaced free of charge, refund or price discount at the rate of defects.
6. Removing, tearing, dropping, breaking, impact, crushing, bending, short circuit, low and high or sudden voltage changes, grounding errors caused by faulty accessories or consumables not supplied by the seller. malfunctions, maintenance, repair, capacity increase by unauthorized persons, accidents, fire, disasters, malfunctions that may arise from transportation operations, normal wear and tear, corrosion, oxidation, etc. unexpected wear, tear and deterioration due to atmospheric conditions will not be covered under warranty. . In addition, the product will not be covered by the warranty in other negative use cases detailed in the warranty certificate. If necessary, paid repairs and services can be used if desired.
7. Any disputes that may arise should be reported to our company in writing.
8. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of the Consumer and Competition can be applied to regarding the problems that occur except for all conditions.
