Refund Conditions

Article - 1
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 7 days at the latest from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one.


Article - 2
If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As per the terms of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer.

Article - 3
Before sending the returned product, contact your customer representative and inform the reason for the return.

Article - 4
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

Article - 5
Returns of products whose original box / packaging is damaged (for example: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape are not accepted), products that have lost their resalability feature and are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.  

RETURN PROCEDURES:

Article - 1

The incoming product is first examined by the Return Department, if necessary, it is sent to the authorized service of the product or the supplier for testing.

Article - 2

If the above conditions are met, the return process is initiated. The duration of this process varies between 3 and 7 days.

Article - 3

When the return is approved, the amount can be deposited into a bank account specified by you, or you can use this amount to purchase products at any time in the current account.
